Lansing Police are investigating a weekend shooting that left a 17-year-old boy dead.<\/p>\n

The shooting occurred Saturday evening at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Allegan Road.<\/p>\n

Police arrived on the scene to find Jesus Diego Luiz of Lansing, with an apparent gun shot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead as a result of his injuries.<\/p>\n

Police are still investigating the shooting and have not named a suspect at this time.<\/p>\n
